This single tuner is recommended for guitar 6th string position.

This is a popular choice for Tele players or acoustic musicians who want a quick “drop D” tuning option.

This tuner is available in two spool sizes – small and large.  Select your desired spool size in the pull-down menu.

NOTE: We recommend the small spool for most applications, especially dropping the low E to “drop D”.  Most players will do best with the small spool tuner.

We only recommend the large spool for use on thinner strings such as the 1st and 2nd on a Telecaster or other 6-inline headstock.

For 1st and 2nd strings on a 3×3 headstock (such as most acoustic guitars), please use our Guitar 1/2 set.

The tuners have a 3/8″ post diameter, which nicely fits the 10mm holes used for many modern tuners.

Please check your instrument before ordering.  If drilling or modification is required, we recommend installation by a qualified luthier or instrument tech.
